Beridius is an independent product discovery directory. By using the website you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, infringe others’ rights or misuse its content.

We do not sell products, take retailer payments or fulfil orders. Any purchase you make after following a link is between you and the retailer or seller. Their terms apply to product descriptions, prices, delivery, warranties, returns and refunds.

Directory content is general information, not a guarantee that a product will suit your needs. Check specifications, suitability, safety information, prices and availability directly with the retailer. We do not invent product ratings or represent products as personally tested without confirmation.

Existing account, financial report, search, advertising, learning and Guide services remain separate from retailer purchases. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you submit and for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Financial insights are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Guide provides visual guidance; you remain responsible for clicking and approving actions.

Where a service has a payment, usage limit or subscription, the terms shown at checkout apply. Beridius payments are processed through Stripe. Retailer orders are not processed through Beridius. See the Refund Policy for existing Beridius services.

Keep your account credentials confidential. We may restrict access for unlawful use, fraud or security risks. You retain ownership of submitted data; we process it to provide the service, not to train AI models.

Beridius retains rights in its branding and original content. Third-party brands belong to their owners. We aim to keep information useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party listings.

Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
