Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the Beridius service you purchased, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to subscription plans and to one-off purchases such as the Basic and Complete personal financial audits.

The guarantee covers the service itself — for example, if the report or dashboard was not delivered, was materially incomplete, or the service was unusable. It does not cover dissatisfaction with the findings, recommendations, or savings figures in a completed audit, because those are produced from the data you supplied and are inherently advisory.

We cannot issue a refund where:

• the 14-day period has expired;
• the audit, report, or subscription period has already been substantially consumed or completed;
• the request is based on disagreement with the findings, recommendations, or projected savings rather than a defect in delivery;
• we detect abuse of the guarantee, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, chargeback attempts before contacting us, or sharing outputs before requesting a refund.

Payments for Beridius are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact Beridius support from within the app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and are typically a few business days after approval.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund fees for the portion of the current billing period that has already elapsed.
