You do not need an account to browse the directory. We remember your analytics choice in local storage. Optional measurement of visits, searches and link clicks runs only with your permission. No external directory analytics provider is currently connected. We cannot see Amazon orders, payment details or purchase history.

Our hosting services may process technical request information to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse, on the basis of legitimate interests.

Following an affiliate link takes you to an external retailer. That retailer processes your browsing, orders and payments under its own policies. Affiliate links may carry a referral identifier. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

If you use existing Beridius account services, we process your account details, profile information and the data you choose to provide, such as financial documents, search requests or advertising details, to deliver the service under our contract with you. Financial connections require your permission. Guide excludes sensitive form values from page analysis.

We do not use customer data to train AI models. We do not sell personal data. Stripe processes payments for Beridius services; we do not store raw card details.

Hosting, storage, payment, AI and connected financial service providers may process information necessary to supply the service. We use access controls, private document storage and encryption to protect account data. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Where providers process personal data internationally, appropriate transfer safeguards are required under applicable data protection law.

Browser preferences stay until you clear them or change your choice. Account data is retained while needed to provide your service, subject to legal, tax and security obligations. Existing account settings provide data export and deletion options.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
